Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2025 | Version 3.0
01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GPUWorker services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
02.Service Description
GPUWorker provides on-demand GPU compute infrastructure including dedicated GPU instances, serverless inference endpoints, network storage volumes, and related cloud computing services.
We strive for 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email and status page notifications.
03.User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
04.Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any illegal activity, to mine cryptocurrency without authorization, to distribute malware, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to engage in activities that could harm our infrastructure or other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy without prior notice.
05.Billing & Payment
GPUWorker operates on a prepaid credit model. You must maintain a positive balance in your account wallet to launch or maintain active services. Fees for GPU instances, serverless endpoints, and storage are calculated in real-time and deducted from your wallet balance.
Automatic Suspension: If your account balance reaches zero or below, GPUWorker reserves the right to automatically stop (suspend) your active instances and scale down serverless endpoints without prior notice to prevent further debt. Suspended instances will not be deleted immediately, but access will be resumed only after a successful top-up.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Promotional credits expire after 90 days and have no cash value. For detailed information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
06.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPUWorker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to GPUWorker in the 12 months preceding the claim.
