Refund Policy
Last updated: March 2025 | Version 1.0
01.Wallet Credits
GPUWorker uses a prepaid wallet system. When you "Add Credits," you are purchasing compute credits that satisfy upcoming usage costs. These credits have no cash value and are exclusively for use on the GPUWorker platform.
Credits added to your wallet do not expire as long as your account remains active. If an account is inactive for more than 12 months, we reserve the right to forfeit remaining balances.
02.Refund Eligibility
Generally, all purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Since compute resources are allocated immediately upon request, we cannot refund credits once they have been added to your wallet.
Exceptions: We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Technical failure of our infrastructure that prevented you from using purchased credits for more than 48 consecutive hours.
- Duplicate charges resulting from a technical error in our payment gateway integration.
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).
03.Cancellation Policy
You may stop your instances or delete your serverless endpoints at any time via the Dashboard. Billing for these resources will cease immediately upon termination (billing for persistent storage will continue until the volume is deleted).
Stopping a service does not entitle you to a refund of unused wallet credits. Unused credits remain in your wallet for future use.
04.Billing Disputes
If you believe there is an error in your usage calculation or wallet balance, please contact billing@gpuworker.com within 14 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, if an error is found, issue a corrective credit adjustment to your wallet.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting GPUWorker support is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination.
