01.Data Collection
We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, including your name, email address, and payment information. We also automatically collect usage data such as GPU utilization metrics, API call logs, and session information to improve our services.
Technical data collected includes IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies necessary for authentication and security.
02.Data Usage
Your data is used to provide and maintain our GPU infrastructure services, process transactions, send service-related communications, and improve platform performance and reliability.
We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data for analytics and to develop new features. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
04.Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (AES-256, TLS 1.3), hardware-level isolation for GPU workloads, and SOC2 Type II certified infrastructure.
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.
05.Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request data portability or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact our data protection team.
For EU/EEA residents, we comply with GDPR requirements. For California residents, we comply with CCPA/CPRA.
